The organization, specializing in financial consulting services, was using a combination of paper forms, Excel files and an old Access database to track services rendered and perform the required reporting.

The highly manual management of activities made operations considerably more cumbersome, and was prone to numerous errors. Information collected on paper forms had to be transcribed into several other files, increasing the risk of inconsistencies.
Approach and methodology
In collaboration with an external firm with expertise in IT upgrades to Microsoft 365, we undertook the development of an internal management portal. This portal was designed to centralize and secure the organization's operations, while offering greater flexibility and scalability than the previous Access-based solution.

The new portal, developed using Power Apps, has simplified the management of day-to-day operations, while ensuring greater data security.
