Context et objectives 

The company, which specializes in manufacturing equipment for the aeronautics industry, has been in business for over 20 years. It has established itself as a supplier of choice for industry giants such as Rolls Royce and Bombardier. 

The objective was to enable the company to overcome its operational challenges in order to sustain its growth and welcome new customers. 

Challenge 

Despite its success, the company was finding it difficult to increase sales, largely due to inefficient operational capabilities. 

Operations management relied heavily on manual methods using paper and Excel files, making processes slow and cumbersome. 

In addition, the lack of e-commerce integration between the company's website and its internal systems severely limited its ability to capitalize on online sales opportunities. 


Approach and methodology 

We carried out a 360 analysis of the company, identifying opportunities for rapid gains using technology to help the company achieve its growth objectives. 

This analysis included an in-depth evaluation of specialized manufacturing software, integrating e-commerce solutions with WordPress, as well as the use of AutoCAD to enable full vertical integration of operations. Integration with ServiCentre ERP was also studied to centralize and optimize operations management. 

Solutions and results 

Thanks to our digital diagnosis, we were able to recommend technological solutions that would enable the company to improve its operational efficiency.
